If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics 55!
This particular book I had a lot of wins with family and friends as my communication was really duplicated for the first time after reading the book.
